I assume we'll be able to build/boot at each patch.

Hmm, do we need to separate out the Intel drivers to a separate switch?

First of all, VirtioNetDxe seems more useful to me. Second, we haven't
made it very easy to obtain the Intel drivers.

I would say general networking + VirtioNetDxe can be enabled by the
current switch, and Intel drivers could be enabled by E1000_ENABLE.
