Commenting out "/Users/fish/work/edk2/BaseTools/BinWrappers/Darwin-i386/../../Source/Python/build/build.py", line 980:

                #AutoGenObject.CreateAsBuiltInf()

Gets my build working again. 

It would be a good idea for some one to verify that the checked in python actually matches the checked in frozen Windows executables?
