I searched for the guide for Acpi table generation. i couldnt find. can anybody give some guideline on how the ACPi tables are generated and and how to resolve the previously mentioned error

I think these files are used to generate binary ACPI tables. The file is compiled to a PE/COFF binary and then a section of the PE/COFF file is extracted to create the binary ACPI table.

So maybe your file is not generating any data so the section can not be found in the PE/COFF image.

You can also search BaseTools/Source for the error string in a C or python source file to get more info.
